Tamiya King Tiger

Here is my recently completed out of the box build of Tamiya’s 1/35 Ardennes Front King Tiger. My only add on was the wire to the headlight that shouldn’t be too difficult for Tamiya to add. I do wish they would include an antenna also since I can’t stretch a spruce to save my life. 

Paint is Apple Barrel Khaki and Nutmeg Brown craft paint with Modelflex Medium Green.  Kit was quite an enjoyable one to build. I’ve ordered two more Tamiya kits, the Easy Eight Sherman and an Italian Carro Armoto M14/40.

That's a good turn out on that Steel Cat and you've got a good amount of weathering on there Keith. Such a beast and like Jim said.......had to be an intimidating force on any battle scene.
