i made this australian version of the amc amx  which were built by australian motors industries under the rambler brand  i used a vintage jo-han 1969 amx kit with a 3d resin printed figure of me standing next to the drivers side
i made the right hand drive dash by taking a picture of the kit dash and uploading that picture into a image to 3d model generator then i 3d resin printed it in rhd layout
i painted the body rust-oleum 2x satin french blue and then used rust-oleum universal gloss clear to make it look as close as i could to hayman blue
i painted the interior rust-oleum 2x flat black primer
the rims and tires came from my parts boxes and the queensland plate decals were made by a friend

Very clean looking amx. Nice choice with the wheel/tire combo. Great color as well.

Beaut build Michelle, I’d forgotten that Ramblers were assembled in Australia for a while. These Aussie Javelins were pretty rare as they were pretty expensive compared to a Monaro, so for that reason few were sold. Nice work. 👍🏻

Very nice!  You have some serious 3D printing skills, the figures & right hand dashboards & other parts you do are very nice lice looking.  That's awesome!  I also really like the color choices, very classic.  Nice build.
