Moebius 1/25 1964 Mercury Comet K-code

Very cool to see the renderings. Over the weekend I actually saw 5 '64 Comets with 4 of them at one show. Here is one of them.

My neighbor across the street has a sweet '64 Comet convertible, pale yellow w/ black interior.  Also has a '53 Ford pickup and a '32 3 window coupe rod.

Good catch! Looks like the old AMT kit still has some relevance for those of us wanting to build the Jack Chrisman Comet.

Don Holthaus used to sell a Cyclone body sans side trim, as well as a full resin kit of same. They were really good looking cars for the era, IIRC the '63-4 Mercs and Comets were the last of the George W. Walker-authored mid-century designs, before Mercury went very formal under his successor Bordinat.

Don't need tests shots of the B/FX Comet or Ramp Truck, those kits are out on the streets.
