Andria H Posted Sunday at 03:47 AM Posted Sunday at 03:47 AM Rusty "barn fresh" early attempt at a coupe utility, based on the good old Monogram kit with a junk small block under the hood and an all stock interior in ragged shape. This took me roughly a week to get done and required a '39 coupe gluebomb for a donor body and a few other greeblies & doodads. 4
johnyrotten Posted Sunday at 09:11 AM Posted Sunday at 09:11 AM Nicely done. Great job on the weathering.
espo Posted Sunday at 04:08 PM Posted Sunday at 04:08 PM Love the crusty looking finish. Is the gas filler on fire or just an old red shop towel for a cap? Like how you used the pickup box for the trunk.
Andria H Posted Sunday at 05:31 PM Author Posted Sunday at 05:31 PM thanks all! Espo, it's a red shop towel. 1

TonyK Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Whoa, that thing is trashed! But in a good way. Nice job. 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Very authentic. I'm old enough to remember when low-pay blue-collar workers...handymen, groundskeepers, landscapers, etc...actually drove and worked out of cars and trucks that looked that rough. They always had a couple of lifters ticking and left a trail of thin blue smoke and slowly dripping fluids, but they ran and ran and ran. 1
