meechum68 Posted Saturday at 01:32 AM Posted Saturday at 01:32 AM So here is my view on a 30's mod styled Ford Pickup. This was started in my hotel, while out on the road for work, and wrapped up at the house. I learned a few things, and I lost the stupid license plate (gonna have to raid one out of my stash somewhere) I have to give the tail light some red and it will be done. Currently hanging out on my computer desk after building. I will be making a photo shoot booth so I stop using my paint booth. 2
johnyrotten Posted Saturday at 02:23 AM Posted Saturday at 02:23 AM Looks great👍👍. Awesome color choices, it gives a nice contrast. Great looking hotrod you've built. This is such a versatile, fun kit to build. Nice work. 1

And the contrasting colors just happened to be an accident as I was shopping for paint for a plane. 1
NOBLNG Posted Sunday at 03:57 PM Posted Sunday at 03:57 PM Great job on this Michael. It almost seems weird to see one NOT chopped…but that’s what they were.😎 And yes, a photo back drop would be a good idea. 1
Zippi Posted Sunday at 09:15 PM Posted Sunday at 09:15 PM That's a mighty fine looking 34 Ford pickup.

And I plan on making a photo shoot box, so no more "garage-work area" pictures, unless I am in WiP. 24 minutes ago, Zippi said: That's a mighty fine looking 34 Ford pickup. Thank you! I am quite happy with the result, I see a few things I will improve for the next. I will be doing a box stock, with tow truck parts for a buddy. He has an old garage, and I will put decals on it that are from the old garage!
Bainford Posted yesterday at 05:56 PM Posted yesterday at 05:56 PM Cool old hot rod pick-up, Michael. Good looking colours. Where did you get the Cragars for this one? 1

These are the wheels I got, and I was able to get them from wesmodelcarcorner. I need to hunt down a few more sets. 1
