This completes my build of fujimi BMW's

This car is based on the e34, right? These are from when BMW was at their best!

yes it is based on the e34 chassis everything from an asthmatic 1.8 up to the alpina model etc

they have the enthusiasts 635  but its fairly rare too

Yes but it was released again a couple of years ago so its not as rare today. Got the repop for a normal price through my LH. This one:

Very good start. I love the E34 shape. I had one year ago (just a 525i). I’ve got the Fujimi kit of the M5 in my stash now, but I never knew they did this Alpina version.
What paint is that?  Appears to have a multi-coloured sparkle to it, or is that just a trick of the light?

the alpina and the hartge versions are very rare  the paint i tamiya TS 53 deep metallic blue

I have the M5 too but it's currently being sent on a swap basis

I have the Revell 635 kit cheap at a flea market a few years ago. Don't know how it compares to the Fujimi kit.
