The red lacquer is dry but I'm going to let dry for another day and then I have something I'm going to try.  I thought I might tip the truck on it's side and use a Pipette and drip some acrylic gloss back into the glass.  There is a nice wall all the way around the glass.  I'm hoping it fills the area up with black paint and smooths out just fine.  This is what I'm thinking anyway.  The masking it off and trying to spray paint all the glass would just be a nightmare for me.

Might outline the windows with a #11 blade to make a small "stop" for the paint. Sort of the way you would outline chrome trim on a models body if you were painting it chrome.
