I don't always do a wip, I just might with this one. I'm starting with Revell's 1930 Model A Coupe. I have 3D printed parts from MCV Products such as...bomber seats, steering wheel, brass knuckle shifter, and a bad boy Boss 429 with fuel injection and a top loader 4 speed trans. I'm in for a bunch of hacking things coz that top loader is HUGE!

On the seats...whatcha think? Pads or no pads on 'em?? I just started with it, Ace-Garageguy helped me out with some photos of a suicide front suspension for this ride...thanks man!!! 😁 I have printed tires and wheels...I don't remember who I got them from... either MCV, or mean machine models. Anyway, here's a few photos to start...😳🥴😁

Awesome mock up, I'd go with the padded seats, or add a chamfer to the holes to better resemble dimple die holes, that's just me. Looking forward to the progress on this one.

I like the idea of using a suicide front end. That works really well for a "rat rod". It's pretty much a requirement if you want it scraping the asphalt.   Also I think thin pads on the seats is a good idea. Those holes are going to print red circles on your butt if you don't.  Looks like fun, I'm jumping on.🙃
