meechum68 Posted October 3 Posted October 3 So as the title states, this was a build she picked out, and picked the colors. I did the factory red engine color for 57, (Tamiya Red- looked close enough to Ford Red) This car took a strip bath twice before she settled on the purple. I enjoyed this build, and if I get another, I will do a two-tone for it. Without further ado: 11 1
meechum68 Posted October 3 Author Posted October 3 It really did, the front grill was a bit wonky but as far as ease of assembly I'd say 7.5 out 10, just minor things. I'll build this again for sure.
espo Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Like the paint color and a great looking finish. Despite these kits age it is still a good base to work with and only the door hinges can be the only stumbling block. 1

And the hinges were a touch tricky, but wasn't too bad.
Geno Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Man, I love '57 Fords. This is sweet. My wife would love this as well. Her favorite color is also purple. Great build.👍👍 1
