Greetings all! Just wanted to say hello, and express how excited I am to learn something new.

I built (ruined) my first kit at age 6, and have been building (ruining) kits for 46 years now aside from a sting in the Marines. I'm at the point where I am feeling the need to push my skill level so I will be looking and asking questions - I will answer any asked to me.Simil'R kit with Slotfabrik decals adapted to fit. I know, not the same car, but I don't care. I build what I want, how I want.

Welcome to the forum Jeff.   I built that Simil'R kit (mine was stock) and can tell you it was no walk in the park. You did a killer job on it.  It doesn't have to be accurate, it just has to look good and it does that indeed.  Am with you on that.
