Rossgo Posted Monday at 10:14 PM Posted Monday at 10:14 PM My name is Ross Davis. I was an avid modeler in my youth. I built many a kit and one day learned of a contest Model Car Science was having concerning the new (at that time) Monogram Gangster Edition kits. The rules were to buy a kit and make it into a hot rod. I bought the 1932 Chrysler Roadster. I milled over it without an idea until bringing the Monogram Beer Wagon home and that was the start of the winner of the contest!. I had an obligation for military service to fulfill and got away from it for 58 years. I recently saw a post on social media about a model car swap meet, attended and saw a 1932 Monogram Chrysler kit and decided to replicate that model which was the begining of the new endevour I am now enveloped in. Hope to get some help with new technical help from the veterans and show some off my work. Thanks for your acceptance into the forum 3

meechum68 Posted Tuesday at 03:49 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:49 AM Welcome! And that looked awesome! I do hope we get to see your revitalized version!
Rossgo Posted 21 hours ago Author Posted 21 hours ago Thanks everyone. I did a version of the winner but from memory and did not like the results. When I found the old article on line I decided to try again. I am in the process of working on that now. It has a V12 LS power plant from Texas 3D and planned two tone paint job in some blue and beige. I also like the wooden body better without stain. Just about every piece has been cut or modified so far! Must have been more ambitious back in the day 🤣. 1
