Cool Hand Posted Tuesday at 02:00 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 02:00 AM (edited) Front suspension done, just need to sort out a steering rack. Edited Tuesday at 02:55 AM by Cool Hand 5
Technics Posted Tuesday at 12:22 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:22 PM (edited) Love the subject and where you’re taking it. Really inspiring seeing the frame process. As a side note how are DDA models to build? I’m waiting for a pair of newly released falcons to come in. Can’t wait Edited Tuesday at 12:25 PM by Technics 1

Holden LJ Torana's are my favorite Australian car and I love our over powered burnout cars. So trying build a scale version of how I would build a 1:1 dream car. DDA kits are enjoyable and easy to build. They are plastic versions of a diecasts, so they are simplified with screw together sub assemblies and some area's are lacking full detail components. But with some extra effort put into detailing they build up into great looking models. The Interceptor Falcons will be something different for you to build. I cant wait for the black Interceptor coupe versions to be released. 1
Cool Hand Posted Tuesday at 03:21 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 03:21 PM (edited) 29 days until Summernats. Steering rack sorted, so front end work done for now. Will come back to it later and do some modifications to the front of the frame when I start to figure out the radiator location. Next task is to figure out a 4 link suspension for the rear. STU111 Posted Wednesday at 12:38 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:38 PM Is that front suspension operational Luke? The way it’s constructed and pinned, it looks like a working unit. Looks awesome. 👍🏻 1
