RSchnell Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Here's a few photos I took while picking up the Ford. These are all taken at Big M in Williams, CA. John the owner was gracious enough to let me roam around with my Nikon again. 2
Falcon Ranchero Posted November 23 Posted November 23 What an assortment; I really like that ‘59 DeSoto and the ‘62 Ford Wagon. Also the TV set in the back of that Chrysler Windsor would be cool to have.

Bugatti Fan Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Makes you think ! Every one of those junked care was someone's price and joy that used to get washed and polished at weekends.
Big Messer Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Unfortunately, due to the way all the stuff is "stored", most likely at some point everything will be just sent to the smelter. 1

You'd be surprised. I pulled some parts off a car that had another stacked on top of it. I got a trunk pan for my '55 Ford Convertible that was leaning up against a car in the very back of the yard. It was already cut out, that saved me a lot of hassle and the price was right. The guy that owns this yard does a lot of overseas business. One of the days I was there he was getting some pallets of parts ready to ship to Sweden. He does a fairly brisk local business as well.
