curt raitz Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 All done, winglets and all... Caution...there a alot of itty-bitty parts in this kit after building this car I'm ready to tackle the new Hasegawa Ferrari 312T2... thanx for lookin'
ismaelg Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 WOW! What a nice job! It looks absolutely gorgeous. Love it. That's a difficult kit to build but you did pass the test with flying colors. Thanks,
Peter Lombardo Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Curt, nice job. I have that kit but I have no idea when I can get to it. You did good! It's sure a far cry from the days when Ferrari's were just red with the prancing horse.
elan Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Fantastic job!!! F-1 kits are a real challenge. I love them.
crispy Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Nothing short of perfect Curt! Fantastic work. I too have this kit, but again, the parts count and small details look menacing. Seeing one built at least lets you now it can be done. I only hope that mine will turn out as nice! Chris
Raul_Perez Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Very nice work, my old friend...winglets and all!! Later,
58 Impala Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Great job! I'm going to be buying that kit, very encouraging for the rest of us.
935k3 Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 Sorry I missed this one till now. Great job on a great racecar. F1 models can be some of the toughest models to build between fit issues and the complexity of the subject, which is why I have not done many even though I love these cars.
chris4q Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 (edited) Real nice model brother - I had to take that blue out the background - it's amazing what photoshop will do. I'm thinking of making a slot car out of this model or a least a 1/24 F1 car - should be fun. I'll need to do scratch build (light) metal wings for strength and with the ability of these wings coming off easy if the car comes off the track.Shouyld be a fun project Edited October 21, 2009 by chris4q
