Revell 57 Chevy BW

Revells 57 Chevy Black Widow kit.Going to TRY to do it out of box. Paint is a pale green from MCW still have to clear too.I saw a pic of one in Dave Lidseys Fotki album that I think is just cool a real sleeper!Here is where im at so far.

Nice start...I really like the pale green which will look great when it is clear coated. I am not a big fan of the "striped down" versions of these 50's Chevy's but this looks like it will look pretty nice. I am watching!

Tom, whats pushin it? If it's a sleeper, maybe you can drop a turbo'd Big Block Chebby in it. Or maybe an LS chebby. As long as she LOOKS stock, the engine can be as wild as your imagination! An you got a purty WILD imagination! I'm gonna be watchin this bad boy! Go for it!

My Grandmother had a 55 in that color combo.

UPDATE..........

Well almost done with the chassis ! Everything going good and still need to do shocks and then glue everything down .Fun build so far!

You are doing such a fine job on that chassis that you might just have to display it upside down!! Can't wait to see this one completed!!!

At the very least in a clear display case with nothing on the bottom. Showing the car upside down would require messing up the body work to simulate accident damage, and that's bad.
