Taxdude Posted January 1, 2010 Author Posted January 1, 2010 Real nice! excellent paint. Im working on a 65 chevy pickup right now. Say, is that a HEMI? No it's a Ardun head conversion for the flathead.
oldscool Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Nice truck and good engine choice. First Ardun I ever saw with a high rise manifold like that. oldscool
Modlbldr Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 What a very clean build. I like the seat pattern decal and the beading around the rear fenders. Nice touches. Later-
seeker589 Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 LOVE the stance! You just can't tuck wheels far enough up into the front fenders on those fat trucks!
randx0 Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 congrats,it seems that perhaps you should finish your projects more often.I like it a lot it is unique and well built .great fresh take on an old favorite!
karbuildr Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Great build, perfect stance, like the color choice and photography.
Taxdude Posted January 1, 2010 Author Posted January 1, 2010 Nice truck and good engine choice. First Ardun I ever saw with a high rise manifold like that. oldscool For the intake i was going for the look of an intake that might have been sold by a small speed shop advertising in the back of a early rod magazine. Needless to say the intake and the air cleaner were both scratch built. On the intake the hardest part was getting all 8 of the intake runners to line-up correctly on the plenum.
pharr7226 Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Great build and photography. How did you create the blue to gray/white lighting in the background?
rustybill1960 Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 nice clean build man thanks for sharing later russ

Taxdude Posted January 2, 2010 Author Posted January 2, 2010 Great build and photography. How did you create the blue to gray/white lighting in the background? [/quo The background came from a camera shop. It's 20"x30" and it came in either white to blue and white to dark gray.
