I combined 4 kits. The truck is AMT's 60 Chevy p/u with the back half of the frame from the Monogram Ford F-350 dually grafted on. The engine is a 348/409 W block from the AMT 62 Belair as I didn't think the 6 cylinder would be up to the task. The 'camper special' is Model King's reissue. I made considerable mods to the frame, and scratched a single exhaust system. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out except for the fit of the roof, it's slightly warped, so I display it open to show off the interior. Please let me know what you think. This is my first post with pics, I hope they come out OK.

Way cool! Very nice work. Interested in parting with the 6 banger from the kit? Pm me.

Wow that looks great!! I really like the color you painted it as it goes well with it. I'm getting ready to build a '72 Chevy truck & the Model King open road camper and hope it comes out as nice as your's.

Thanks for all the kind words! It makes all the 'swearing' I did during construction worth it. Sorry prowler, I've got plans for the 6 banger.
