I would buy a model just to get the engine stand.

I'm talking to Toby now and he said he thinks the engine stands are from Lindberg 30's truck kits. I have a couple but not from my own kits and they are so useful. Toby I still want to get this truck from you

That engine stand was in several 60's era kits. The most recently released and most readily available kit that includes the engine stand is the Lindberg '34 Ford pickup kit, which is a direct re-release of the AMT '34 Ford pickup kit.

Thank you for liking my build. This is going to be a fun one. The engine stand is very nice to have. I had lots of motors on there. But yea the 34 Ford Lindberg kit is where I got mine. I would love to get my hands on another kit agian. You can build that one of three way. It is a fun kit. Thank you for looking. Ill have more pics up in a few days.

I have several of those engines stands. Would anybody like to borrow one to make a casting? I'm trying to get into casting but that engine stand is beyond me.

The primer looks a little rough. What grit were you sanding with and was it wet or dry?

Iam using all different grits. Iam sanding a little every day because i don't like sanding it not my favorite thing to do. Iam thanking that I mite leave it primed with sanding marks on it to make it look like a project truck. I mite have one door painted like it was replaced at one time. Iam also sanding done the tire to make look bald. Just a idea.
