Eric Stone Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Micro Machines made some of these back in the day. As if the Micro Machines themselves weren't small enough, they made some that had even smaller Micro Machines inside them. The little orange car is a Shelby Cobra. Mopar, I think the Gen Lee you have is a 1/144 Racing Champions. I think I have one of those sealed around here somewhere.
Eric Stone Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I have this Tiny Ferrari GTO! That looks like a 1/87 Monogram Exacts. I used to have a handfull of those, and I think I had the same GTO. The only one I still have is a 63 Corvette.
philo426 Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Yep! I even bare metaled the window trim!
Rob Hall Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I think I have some cars somewhere stashed away that are 1:144th scale.. I have a number of 1:87th HO scale models..Monogram Mini Exacts, Wiking, and others..

highway Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Well, I wouldn't call it a toy, but it certainly is one of the smallest models in my collection! This is a 1994ish Ford F350 wrecker meant for N scale (1:144 scale) train layouts. I don't have any pictures of them right now, I'll try to get some in the morning, but I also have some 1:350 scale and 1:700 scale aircraft meant for the decks of aircraft carriers.
Ben Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Here's a little N scale (1/144) Peterbilt 359 with tri axle lowboy that I built.
Modelmartin Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 My smallest. I think it is 1/220. I got a whole bag of them in different colors. Smallest I have built are these two. This is a Lion Models 1/87 Bugatti T55 coupe. It was a white metal kit. This was a GT Mini-Petites 1/76 Mini-Cooper 67 Monte Carlo winner. Resin Kit, lacquer paint. Yes, I foiled all of the windows - piece of cake!!
Joe Handley Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 My smallest. I think it is 1/220. I got a whole bag of them in different colors. Wow, and I thought the old N Scale Dodge Shadow Coupes I found in a Walthers catalog were small
Romell R Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 (edited) Heres a few of the trucks from my N Scale train layout. The car carrier I custom built its a one-of-a kind only one in the world and it has 10 mercedes on it. these are all 1/144th scale. ( I apologize for the blurry pics) this hook and ladder truck is also a custom i made its a 1 of a kind too. and these are a few os the hotrods on the layout Edited September 20, 2010 by Aftashox
The Modeling Hermit Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 (edited) I also have an N scale model railroad, so I have a lot of vehicles for it, although I model an older era than Romell. Edited September 20, 2010 by Kodiak Island Modeler
1320wayne Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 (edited) How a bout a 1/87th, primarily scratchbuilt Jungle Jim 70 Camaro funny car. The body came from an old AFX slot car set and the tires and wheels are from a Racing Champions diecast, I believe. The decals and wheelie bars came from Charlie at Protech a number of years ago when he marketed and sold some 87th scale resin drag kits. Everything else is scratchbuilt from brass wire, styrene and small gauge wiring. Edited September 20, 2010 by 1320wayne
