Harry P. Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Check it out! It's at the bottom of the "Model Cars" section. Now you can post anything and everything that you build besides cars!
george 53 Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 I just posted there,Harry. Personally, I think it'll do ok. That's good to be open enough to be able to accept OTHER types of models here. Cars wil ALWAYS be our central topic, but most of us who build cars, also build other types of models too. I used to build 1/48th aircraft(WWII,VN.) So I DO enjoy seeing other models. Really,ANY model is interesting to me. I understand the time and can appericiate the efforts that can go into building a nice model car,or boat ,plane, etc. I think this section will do alot for us, I think it'll prove to be popular. I know I'll visit it often. Again, Thanks to you and Gregg for doing this. I appericiate it!
Harry P. Posted October 12, 2010 Author Posted October 12, 2010 Thanks, George! I hope we get to see a lot of interesting things there... Now I can finally show you guys my 1/10 scale stagecoach model. Yeah, stagecoach!
mrspex Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Now Harry, do you really expect us to believe there are model kits of AIRPLANES? And TANKS too?? You're such a kidder....
sjordan2 Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Excellent move. There's always a lot to admire and learn from in other modeling subjects.
Harry P. Posted October 12, 2010 Author Posted October 12, 2010 Mark, it's a wooden kit from Artesania Latina (known for their wooden ship kits), not the plastic Lindberg kit.

AzTom Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I think this is great, I just finished one that can go there. It would be nice though if the "Diorama" and "Other Models" could be up with the other more model related sections, say right below "Big Boyz". AzTom
