Tony Willing Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Built from a Keith Sorci resin re-pop of the Merit Lotus XI. Most of the parts are scratchbuilt, including the wheels and decals, plus the unseen interior. Tamiya British Racing Green and clear from the rattle can. Lots of fun, even though it fought me a bit, and doesn't take up much room in the display case. Thanks fer lookin'!
S10man Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Very nice indeed....those were great little cars!
ismaelg Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Very nice model of a rare car. Well done....
Zoom Zoom Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Nice 8) I love models of weird/obscure/rare cars and racers like this. Vintage racers especially
MrObsessive Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Same here Bob! My favorites too are '50-'60's road racers............this is the first I've seen one of those built up close. I'm still wishing someone would do a plastic kit of the 1957-58 Ferrari Testarossa!.......or say a neat model of a 1952 Alfa Romeo Disco Volante Spyder! Excellent job! 8)
simonr Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 This what a like the most!...when someone do a great job on a rare to see real classic car. Great build my friend! Simon
IMSANUT Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Nice. I have one awaiting restoration. I love the lines of this car.
