Mark Brown Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 hey guys i'm working on phil bonner's daddy war bucks and need some info on how to plum the fuel injection and the throttle linkage Check out these diagrams on the Straightline Modeler website - they should help you with your fuel injection plumbing: http://www.straightlinemodeler.org/research/injection.htm
Scott Colmer Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Here is what I was able to put together. It is scratchbuilt, but not a huge amount of work. The base is all styrene shot from a distance with flat alumninum to make it look cast. The fittings are hex styrene. The bolt in the bell crank was shaped from a pin head. Note the wire across the top of each post. Add tube injectors and they look like throttle plates. Scott Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki

I really like the use off hex styrene for the fittings.
