Jantrix Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 Well this makes two models completed this year. I can't remember the last time I did this. This build features the 50 F-100 cab, interior, grill and some of the hood. The headlights are 39 Chevy, but the buckets are 53 Stude. The 426 engine is from MPC's 67 Charger. The chassis, bed, front suspension, and steering are all scratch built. This has dozens of parts box parts. I'm real pleased with the way it turned out. Hope you like it.
Sixties Sam Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Very nice, Rob. I like the rat rod-ish style, but with a clean finish instead of rust. It actually looks safe to ride in, unlike some of the rat stuff. Very creative, and nicely done! Sam
John Teresi Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Rob......that is wild......really really cool man.
brett Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Very cool Rob. I lack the imagination to build like this
davyou5 Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 I like that Wood paneling, Very realistic feel. Excellent Build! .
Jantrix Posted November 28, 2010 Author Posted November 28, 2010 Thanks guys. In hindsight, it looks like I could have dusted the thing off a bit better before pics.
David G. Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Excellent build! It all came together very well!
