Jordan White Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 You're thinking of Han, and 4 and 5 are supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift hence why he's still around.
charlie8575 Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 The French Connection II is generally considered the equal or very near the equal to the original as well. And The French Connection is one of my favorite movies, I'll have to add the sequel to my watch list. Charlie Larkin
bandit1 Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 You're thinking of Han, and 4 and 5 are supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift hence why he's still around. oh ok much like "star wars" where you see darth as darth then later they show the episodes of his transformation into dart! weird!!!
slantasaurus Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 Here is an interview with the screenwriter.... http://www.theonion.com/video/today-now-interviews-the-5yearold-screenwriter-of,20188/
Darren B Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 Just wait guys they are currently working on fast 6 I wouldnt doubt it the franchise making some series money.
Darren B Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 (edited) You're thinking of Han, and 4 and 5 are supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift hence why he's still around. You are right and what I dont get is that after they steal the gas and he tells dom that they raided the garage, he says I hear they are doing some crazy ###### in toyko (which is movie 4), which places him there for toyko drift but what I dont understand is if he went to toyko and now hes in 5 when will toyko drift play out in the number line of movies? Edited April 30, 2011 by Darren B
Patrick2005 Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 from my best guess the 4th movie would be 3rd in line I suppose, although its too confusing so I don't care lol. I wonder how many screw-ups will be in this version, the 7-speed Mitsubishi? The Eclipse with 2 kinds of NOS systems? The possibilities are endless!
Terry Sumner Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 Well I just got back from seeing it with my 26 year old son and I have to say I enjoyed it. Mainly because this movie had a lot of humor in it. Yes yes...a lot of the stuff was unrealistic as hell and could not possibly have been able to have been done. But ya gotta take a movie like this for what it's intended...entertainment. I doubt they in any way shape or form intend for anything in this movie to be true-to-life! But there were some pretty funny laughs in this one. And I never saw the first 4 but my son told me there was no funny lines in the first 4....
Dave Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 I just seen the preview and thought it looks good. I enjoy car movies weather they are stupid or not. One thing I like about all the fast and furious movies is all the action with cars. Oh and Jordana Brewster Can't believe it took this long to mention her! Quite a looker~
