my66s55 Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 I can do it easily and I didn't have to shell out the bucks to be able to. No Windoz for me. Running Linix based Ubuntu version 10.10 64 bit flawlessly on AMD 64. I can take a snapshot of anything from full size down to a thumbnail. Most Linix based software is open source which means free. My current desktop.

Jordan White Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 (edited) Muahaha I found a way in Firefox to save the pics. When you have the image opened in a new window, click and hold the left mouse button on the pic and drag it off the window onto the main Firefox window (in the middle of the screen), and it will open in the open tab, allowing you to save it! MrObsessive Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 There's also always the "Print Screen" option when all else fails.

Yup! That's one neat feature with Mozilla. You can also do that as well in IE but I seldom use IE for various reasons!
