935k3 Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 Does anybody know af a source for this part in a Badger 175 Crescendo. You can buy the one for the Badger 150/200 anywhere but I have never seen one in a hobby shop and they cannot seem to order them. I got some once from Dixie Art but they charged 10 bucks to ship a 3 dollar part. I know Badger will replace them but they are very ease to replace yourself if you can get the parts

ra7c7er Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 If the hobby shop cannot order it I would contact badger. Or try another hobby shop.
Pete J. Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 Coast Airbrush in Anaheim, Ca. If it is an airbrush part and they don't have it, you don't need it. Largest supplier of air brush stuff I have ever found. Great fun to visit their shop. It's about three miles from Disneyland. Kind of a theme park for airbrush artists. part # 41-012 $5 plus $7 shipping. Probably make sense to buy two or three of them because $7 is their basic shipping charge. http://www.coastairbrush.com/badger175parts.
cruz Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 Badger will replace it for free, they did it for mine. Took about 2 weeks to get it back!!
my66s55 Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 I ordered one for a 200 from the local Hobby Town and had it within 2-3 days last fall.
my80malibu Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 I pulled the teflon bushing out during a cleaning session. and re installed it, afterwards my gun would spit and surge some during spraying. I had the Badger Boys look at it when they were at the IPMS show here in town. They told me that they do not offer that bushing for sale, Because thier is a special tool that they use at the factory to install it. And set its Depth in the body. This may be the reason you are having trouble locating one. After that I sent My Airbrush into the factory ,they repaired it and it is back to working perfectly.
