Here's my "Chev Fin" JWAC build done. Krylon White and Burghundy with Pledge with Future Shine finish, Sidewinder kit wheels and tires, aluminum tube and solder rear exhaust, Revell Viper brakes, suspension lowered, rear wheel wells modified to fit the wheels, front grille from Revell '69 BM Camaro, filed the back to open it up, and the rest is box stock.

Here's the kit box"

Here was the original artwork that was given to me for the build:

Tony-

It looks great buddy. Just like the picture shows. Just curious about a couple of things. The driver's side rear wheel is cocked off a bit. Also, what made you use the grille from the BM Camaro? Just wanted a bit more of a custom touch? It looks good. I never would have figured that.

Glad to see that you got her finished. I've got to get moving on mine.

Thanks, Virgil!

Thanks, Tom - I just didn't straighten the wheel out before taking the picture - The wheel and Viper brakes fit the kit suspension wheel mount!! Just a bit of play due to the width and height of the wheels, I had to tub the inner rear wheel wells, and shave the inside of the body a bit.

As for the grille, since the car is a custom, and the artwork didn't show a grille, I decided to change it up for the Camaro grille, as I knew I could file it from the back and open it up easily. It also fit between the headlights reasonably easily as well. Glad to be done, and I can't wait to see yours done, too!

Beautiful Chevy! I'm not really a Chevy man, but I've always liked the 59-60 models. This one is just about the nicest one I've ever seen! Great work! The Camaro grille is a nice touch.

Great job Tony! I drove one of these with a straight six, automatic back in the mid sixties. It was a clapped out loaner while my new '66 Mustang was in for service. What a whale of a beast (the Chevy, not the Mustang)! Couldn't beat the street car to the next set of lights. But now...... I'd love to own a real one! Just the same as yours.

What's not to like? Looks great! What I can see of the interior, that looks good too!

Very nice build!! Looks just like the artwork right down to the little base you gave it in the photos. B)
