Thor Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Hi Time for another project, a Lindberg 1961 Chevy Impala. I have painted the main color, the roof will be white along with inside of the side molding. But i can`t deside wich wheels i`m going to use. Any tip?
lrlocke01 Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Lookin good, I'd go with the first set. I second that.
Thor Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 Painted the roof and side molding last night. I might go with the five spoke, but with same size on all four.
gilsdropshop1 Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 nice color choice like the chrome t's may be go with big n little set, just my two cents
mikelo Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Hey, nice build. I am doing a convert version for the Jairus build. Same color too! While I do think the first set has been over used, I like them better than the 2nd set. Maybe paint the spokes dark silver. Keep us posted. Mike
Thor Posted May 15, 2011 Author Posted May 15, 2011 Started on the interior for this car. missing some chrome and pe for the windowcranks and so on and blue flocking for carpet
PeterC(MrMondeo) Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Ive got the Cabrio version , so will be watching this one , great colour, and i love the first set of wheels myself too
Guest Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 It's looking real nice Thor! I gotta agree with Gil though. I think it would look better with the smaller front wheels. Plus,it would give it just a little bit of rake. How would you rate this kit? I have a convertible, but haven't built it.
DanielG Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Love the interior, nice paint, needs whitewalls to set it off (another 2.3 cents worth!)

Thor Posted May 29, 2011 Author Posted May 29, 2011 First of all, thanks for nice comments. This is a mock up to see how the final result will look, i changed the wheels for american racing type Hopster. still missing some chrome and the emblems but i`m getting there
Brutalform Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Thor...is that BMF on the metal seat trim???? Looks amazing!!!!
Alfa Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I'd go with the first ones. It looks good anyway you go.
