make friends with the counter guys in a local AutoZone.... the endcap signage they use is screen-printed on what i think is .020 or .015 styrene, and they have to change signage fairly often. they chuck the old signage out... well, not ME, when i worked there. i kept all of it. i'll never buy sheet styrene again!

Evergreen models

http://www.evergreenscalemodels.com/

Plastruct

http://www.plastruct.com/

Both sites have contact pages to find a local distributor. Model railroad shops tend to carry a more complete selection than general hobby shops.

If you don't have anyone nearby I get my supplies almost exclusively from the internet (I have no local hobby shops). Tower hobby carries a good selection of Evergreen plastic, and Hobbylinc carries a lot of the Plastruct line, both offer good prices and service.

I have a small stash of Evergreen & Plastruct plastic and it comes in handy every now and then. I do need to add more varieties to my stash as I'm always lookin' for what I don't have on hand.

Years ago I bought about 25 lbs of sheet styrene from AIN plastics They are all over the U.S. I got several sheets of .020,030,040,and 060. I still have a lot left. I've also seen several vendors selling plastic sheet on ebay.

Honestly, doesn't anyone know how to search for anything concerning this hobby? People come on asking for this or that and then excuses like "I don't do ebay,or mail order or I don't have a credit card.
