RodneyBad Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 I call Bull on the Rattle Can paint job. Something That Nice can't not come from a can.?? Awesome work... Between the Buick, Chrysler and Skyline I don't know which one I love best. I'll take them all Think I'll leave all my builds in Primer..
Janne Herajärvi Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Very cool paint jobs. That Super Bee looks killer. I would take it in 1:1
Dr. Cranky Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Salivation Nation! Wow. Love them all, but in particular that Riv. Nice job. Keep the eye candy coming.
kenlwest Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 You sure know how to paint-em too! The colors; just WOW! The 49 Merc is my favorite. Ken

Keef Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Thanks for the new desktop wallpaper lol LOVE this one!!!!!!!!
bbowser Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Wow! What kind of paint do you use? Hobby enamel-lacquer, auto touch-up? These are all just gorgeous
W-409 Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Those HotRods are looking really cool! I like especially that matt grey one. It's really Old School styled. I could imagion of seeing that 1:1 in the 50's... '60 Nomad looks good too, I'm just sad that the kit is so bad that it's hard to build as nice as many of the new Revell kits. Paint jobs are great, can't believe that they are all from spray can. Really nice builds all the way, there are nothing to complaine, exept those big wheels on the Super Bee and Riviera?
Guest Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 That Riviera is a beauty! Very nice work on all of them!
Tumbler75 Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Man Clutch! You do such awesome work and these jus' show the extent of your talents! The paint jobs are stunning and absolutely gorgous! The Riv is a true eye catcher! Some of these would pass for Real or Model that Harry P. puts up! Great work. That Charger is another one that catches my attn greatly! All are gorgous and top shelf work!
outlaw035 Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 WOW...clutch...lots of eye candy...luv the 2 hotrods and the charger is sweet....
Ryan S. Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 These are all fantastic! But I think I'm in love with the Riv. Just a beautiful, beautiful build. The colors are perfect.
Rade8boy Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Absolutely amazing paint! I'm happy to just get the paint on without a dust speck!! JR
Skydime Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 (edited) My favorite thing about modeling is comming up with new paint jobs, all these are done with spray cans. Looking forward to meeting you guys and becoming apart of this forum. Cheers! Man, you sure came out of nowhere. You do excellent work! That Charger has the wheels done the same way I did mine and it looks like we both used Testors One Coat Lime Ice...only I like the two tone yours has way better. Edited May 15, 2011 by Skydime
Clutch Posted May 15, 2011 Author Posted May 15, 2011 (edited) Wow guys, thank you so much, I've literly got a smile from ear to ear. I use Tamyia rattle cans on almost all my builds. The two '32s go together, the Sedan is modified with a roof chop and the Hi-boy is box stock. Well it was untill I changed the wheels. Colour isn't actually matt grey, it's polished primer. My daugter requested a pink and purple car . I didn't think it would turn out as sweet as it did but I'm very happy with my "pink" car. The base coat is Silver Leaf and along the bottom, I faded in some metallic light blue. That's the base coat, then I hit the whole thing with translucent pink...... and plenty of clear. The Charger is another fade. Candy lime green with a red to orange fade on the nose. The white strip is also painted but the black flicks are portions of the kits decals. The Skyline has a silver fade line sepperating the black/blue. This was a mission to acheive with spray cans! The SuperBee, yet again, another fade. Here's another one for ya, MRSuperbee70. BadNews, well, it's a bad kit but I like mine in black with flames from the 66 El Camino. Thanks again guys! Edited May 15, 2011 by Clutch
pepperdrumstix Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 That '32 Ford Sedan is so real looking i thought it was real. Don't know what camera you are using but that is "art". Superb builds and paint jobs. The total package is here--quality builds--great paint and excellent photography. Thanks for the post. I will use that '32 for my new wallpaper. Thanks. Patrick M
