LAone Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 wow, i use to build these in high school. nothing like what they have now. but i use to use the same method of bent rod, fishing line and motors. only thing i recommend is to reinforce the areas (with like aluminum from soda can)that the string rubs against. for the hole where it goes from the motors, use the things for buttons. i forget what they are called, but you can find them at micheals. if not the string will start cutting through the plastic. have fun.

Jim Gibbons Posted July 3, 2011 Posted July 3, 2011 I have to admit that I'm not a huge lowrider fan, but I love seeing the paint jobs and graphics they often have. Excellent fogged paint on this, and the color is fantastic. I hope you will be able to post a video of the working bits when it's done.
