The Modeling Hermit Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 I built this one for a community build on another forum. It's built from an old Road Boss kit and the mixer body from a Kenworth kit. The kits for this were left in the trunk of a car for an extended time many years ago. They had some serious warp to them, but I was able to overcome the problems. It's a tribute to the American Bicentennial.
The Modeling Hermit Posted June 30, 2011 Author Posted June 30, 2011 The first two pictures were placed in error. These are the pictures I meant to display. If I can get a good day for pictures, I'll take some outdoor pictures and post them.
Jim B Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 (edited) Nice Boss! Are those the wheels that come in the kit? Edited June 30, 2011 by Jim B

The Modeling Hermit Posted June 30, 2011 Author Posted June 30, 2011 Jim The tires are from the parts box. They're 10 hole budds, redone into 5 hole.

The Modeling Hermit Posted July 6, 2011 Author Posted July 6, 2011 I promised some outside pictures of this truck, and I finally got a nice sunny day, so I took pictures of several of my trucks. The wind messed with my base some, but I took what I could get.
