Chuck Most
This just sort of happened one day... It's a mostly box stock ( )Revell kit, and about all I did with it was weather it. I gave it a mis-matched driver's side door and fender (with primer spots on the fender to show where the replacement panel was reworked to match the other side). I added some aluminum carb stacks, and replaced the steering wheel with a '60 Ford piece, only because the kit wheel was damaged by the mold. Not a bad way to spend a couple evenings off work, huh? A bit suprised this is only the second Revell Merc I've built. The next one will be a bit more extreme, I promise!

AzTom
Another nice one Chuck. That paint looks like an AZ sun beaten sand worn finish. I like it. AzTom

crazyjim
I like the holes for the door handle and trim. Looks as if someone is slowly building a nice ride.

Yeah, and the way the primer is on the front fender (same side) it adds to it. Like they just finished working around the headlight or something. Really nice build chuck. I enjoy your work. Sixties Sam
Very cool and creative! I could imagine finding a real one like that in an old barn, and the owner saying something like "It was Dad's. He's gone, and we just want to get rid of it. Give me $500 and it's yours!" Sam
Brokentail58
That looks great. Looks like something I would see at any of the 1:1 shows I have been to over the years.

Dr. Cranky
I love the WIP look of the build. You got everything right, including that door trim strip. Nice, Mr. Most. Very nice.
