Chuck Most Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 That's when you break out the extensions and swivel sockets. When I was changing the clutch in my '84 Cherokee, I could NOT get to the top trans bolts, but I found that once I had it up on the hoist, about four feet worth of extensions and a swivel socket were just what the doctor ordered.

They actually make a special extension just for that. It's about 3-4 feet long and is 1/2" drive on one end and 3/8" drive on the other. Works great for doing shocks, too.

SuperStockAndy Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 You drive a Charger? I expected you would be driving a Sox & Martin Pro Stock
caine440 Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Ha! If I could I would. I bet the on ramps to I-75 would be a little tricky.
lowriderphil Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 (edited) Up until this feburary, I drove this 93 towncar for seven years Scraped it and bought this 95 caprice, small block 265, only 81000 on it when purchased, currently 94000, one owner car. Needs a good tune up and repaint. Got a set of 14x7 deep dish wire wheels to put on in the spring, gonna color match the spokes to the car Edited September 27, 2011 by lowriderphil

Looks like they are forming a pride to attack it.
