bsoder Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Nice simple & clean...that is a fine little hot rod Cruz B)
CEKPETHO BCE Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 This is the EXACT same color scheme/engine/wheels combo I was going to do on my 32 sedan. These pictures bring tears to my eyes. Beautiful. Only thing wrong with it is the fact that it's not mine.
cotto Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Wow Cruz, you always amaze me with your builds. That engine looks intimidating and it's so well done man, love what you did with the gas lines, really looks like they are filled with fuel, cool food coloring trick on your WIP. I've never liked the front tires on these kits, I think they are too wide, I do like the way the rear ones look. Other than that? Perfect build in every way. Chassis also looks great man, love the look of the rear shocks.
oldscool Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 That certainly is a classic. Great color scheme and that engine is superb! gus
Dominik Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Oh man - thats a very sweet looking ride! awsome color, super wheels. i like it!
Daniel Peterson Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Man, you really know your way around a hot rod! (Lyle, you takin' notes?) Well done, bro!
styromaniac Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Great nostalgic look to it. The colors remind me of Larry Boothe's robins egg blue '32 coupe he did a few years back. The attention to detail & cleaness of the build is every bit as good.

Ryan S. Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Another beautiful build, Cruz. I love the carbs and horns- great looking Hemi. Not like I need it, but this is more inspiration to pick up one of these; I've been eyeing them on the shelf for some time now.
zelkam Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 great looking build! I like the color and engine bay
meaneyme Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Very cool to see this done as I was faithfully watching the work in progress, there is much to learn from you my friend. I went out and purchased 2 kits after seeing this build up, thanks for the inspiration.
edward smith Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Just awesome Cruz! Do you still sell your builds? I need to talk to you about this one man.

AceofBass Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 As you know, there is a wealth of great work on this forum. But, that is one of the coolest cars I've seen in a while!! It's so clean, yet has so much character. Hell, you got 2 full pages of comments in one day!! Just plain awesome, man!!
surfjunke Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Beautiful build! Great color combo, detail & stance. I really like the carb trumpets.
charlie8575 Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 The overall effect works well, as it does on all your builds. Great job, Marcos. Charlie Larkin
