Personally, I would like to see a '55 Buick Century or Olds 88 2-Door Sedan (Highway Patrol) or Roadmaster, a '57 Roadmaster 2-Door Hardtop, '53 or '55 Cadillac Coupe de Ville or Eldorado Convertible, '53 or '54 Buick Skylark Convertible.

According to a guy on another board, this news is four years old. :D:blink::lol::P But that's just his story. :o

My source says he spoke with the man himself, (Gary Schmidt), only 3 weeks ago, and that while he isn't committing to a specific release date, it's distinctly possible we'll see it in 2012.

Perhaps an email barrage to Galaxie by Model Car Forum participants? Might be just the 'inspiration' Mr. Schmidt needs to complete this project. Address: GalaxieLTD@msn.com

Any of the above-mentioned subjects would be welcomed by me.

It would be very nice to see a non-Chevrolet 1950s GM car. I'd really like to see one of the Eldorado/Fiesta/Skylark triplets. Or an Olds Fiesta wagon, for that matter.

If every member here, agrees on just "one" automobile, and transfers a C-note to Mr. Schmidt, I'm sure we will have a brand new kit by 2013.

Don't know about the C-note, but I'm confident we can all agree on "one" automobile,.....right? So I'll just let him know that the '56 Olds will satisfy our collective appetite for new styrene, then. Thanks for weighing in everybody!
