Mooneyzs Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Dave.... thank you for answering my question. i see how it could be very complicated. i thought that they had different indexes and a few other differeces, but didnt realize there were so many. I know I have an older rule book laying around somewhere, but I should be able to download or order a current rulebook since i am a NHRA member. I really appreciate you taking the time out to explain all of this to me. thank you again. sorry to take this thread off topic.

eviltwincustoms Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Very cool work indeed.... I am curious to know what soldering iron you are using. I seem to burn up my tips when soldering slot car chassis. I did use the "Stay BRITE silver solder". The liquid flux seems to flow the solder much better as well. Got any tips for us beginners?
Magic Photos Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Dave it is a treat to watch and learn from your work on these builds Thank You. Mike
