mikelo
It is a 58. While the current reissue has a lot of nice custom parts, it does not have the pieces from the Elvira edition. The parts mainly consisted of a 5 spoked chain steering wheel, a skull head shifter, spider web grill and custom hubcaps. Mike

RancheroSteve
She looks good standing next to other cars, too - but especially black ones.

Junkman
Too bad that the car used in the movie was a '59 T-Bird.
slantasaurus
If you want a better Elvira figure I think Jimmy Flintstone has one.

Swifster
I'm still wonder about the car? All I see is the hot chick. Edited January 27, 2012 by Swifster
Hypermung
Jimmy Flintstone's "Trampella" IMO is a much better scale figure of Elvira than the Revell effort. typically Revell's figures arent really that great in looking like the people they are supposed to represent. in the case of Elvira i think Revell's effort just made her appear a bit heavier then she really is ....Heavier?.... Not as 'Top Heavy' as this one... Paint her hair blonde & call her 'Dolly'
jaydar
SUCCESS, i was able to get the Monogram Elvira version on eBay recently. It will soon be here. thanks all, joe.
robertw
There's also a new 1/8 scale figure of Elvira out from Mobius. She's stretched out on her couch. I picked the kit up but haven't started it yet but it looks good. rob
