Ira Posted February 21, 2012 Author Posted February 21, 2012 BACK ON THE CUTTING BOARD!!! I cut the rear edge of the fenders up on about a 30 degree angle... Side View:
crazyjim Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 That looks cool. Will you leave the bottoms open or fill with styrene?
jaymcminn Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Ira, I really like how this is going so far. Have you thought about rounding off the rear edges of the side window opening to give it more of a Bugatti Atlantic feel? That might be pretty cool with this design. Can't wait to see where this goes next!

I am concerned about clashing with the vertical sides of the rear window. Haven't quite figured it out yet...
johnnyg Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 very cool build & and amazing skills, I can't wait to see the finished product.
Hippie Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 very cool but what amazes me is how fast you can put out these models even with so many mods, it seemes that you alway have a few progets going on at the same time.
GrandpaMcGurk Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 (edited) I like it a lot Ira...great flowing body lines. Are you planning on leaving the Cord pop up bug eye headlights? Hmmmmmm....... wonder how Jag XKE style head lights frenched into the fenders would look, without the chrome surround trim. Edited February 23, 2012 by GrandpaMcGurk
