I called it that because it's shot with HOK Meteor Maroon.

Bucket seats are my castings from the 1969 Charger.

Engine wired & plumbed with trans & oil dipsticks and a Fatkidd type distributor that's wired in the proper firing order.

Jim - That's a great looking Merc. Love the color and especially the Engine detail you've done. Great Job on this one!!

LOVE IT!!

Canadian paint..Eh !

It took aboot 30% more of it than an American paint would have, once he figured out the exchange rate. :D

Seriously, Jim.........I love it! The interior really pops color-wise, and I had no clue those were Charger seats until reading your caption. Your underhood detail is top notch as well, but do you have a clearer picture of that?

Thanks Dave. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with pics. I use the closeup setting on the camera that's on a small tripod. They always seem to come out blurry. I'm not sure what to do.

It's not Canadian paint - HOK. It dawned on me that there was/is a Mercury Meteor for Canada, but this is strictkly the paint color.

You might need to back your camera away from the subject and use the zoom to get the closer view you need while set on macro; I don't remember who taught me that, but it worked great for my photos

That's what I've been doing. I built a Fatkidd distributor yesterday and took pics of the whole procedure using the little flower (macro) with the camera on a tripod. All of them were blurry. I might make a call to Kodak to see if I'm doing something wrong with their M753 camera.
