Alyn Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 The airbrush master Holy cow, that's about as "Seventies" as you can get. Great skills, Virgil.
Jantrix Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 Something just crossed my mind........If that was a real van, Cranky's paint job would cost more than I made in the last couple years! And people wonder why we build in scale eh?
Dr. Cranky Posted March 12, 2012 Author Posted March 12, 2012 You are right, Rob, by building models we are saving ourselves thousands of dollars! Thank you for all the great support and comments. I just got back from a washed out first weekend of Bike Week at Daytona Beach. It rained all weekend!
bobthehobbyguy Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Dr, Have you stalled out on this? Looking forward to seeing it finished. bobthehobbyguy

LOL cheers, bryan
Dr. Cranky Posted May 28, 2012 Author Posted May 28, 2012 Oh yeah, buddy, those pictures are real inspiration. I always find that when I paint up too many shiny vehicles, a few end up dropping out of my radar. It always happens. Your van is so freakin' cool. I love it. That interior detail is mind-blowing.
bryan_m Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 thanks cranky! yea, that interior took me forever.....and it looks just like my buddy brads van interior!! he does carpentry n stuff, and his van is trashed!! LOL bryan
