Hi

I just finished this one a 1965 Chevy Caprice Stw.

As some of you chevy did not make a Caprice stw in `65 but i did it as a "what if" model since it was missing some Impala script on the PE fret.

It started as a resin body that fit poorly on donor chassis, so i cut the roof of and replaced the ht roof on the kit body with it.

tried to detail th engine bay, scratch built brackets for ac compressor, alternator and ps pump and using lead wire as drive belts(3 ea)

I used etch from Model car garage for grill and emblems

Alclad on bumpers, grille, mirror and door handles

Nice STW Caprice, engine detailing looks sharp. Paintjob is also great. Those wheels and tires are only thing, what's disturbing me, those big wheels and low profile tires just don't fit to beautiful car like this.

But anyway, very nice job with it.

Stunning! What color is that? Looks like a deep brandywine, almost black.
