Hey Everyone,

Just recent i was working on this 32 ford 5 window kit. and i stoped due to what i wanted to do with the front end.

I dont want to use the stock grill , headlights, or bumper. I am lost in this build , i want it to be a little custom so you as a viewer i was wondering if you guys had any custom ideas for this car. If your asking about the paint it came from International engines. Its the same paint that they paint on thare engines. the interior is tan on this car also. I NEED FEEDBACK PLEASE THANK YOU.

Jay, I like the color and he engine details too, although everything is hard to look at because it's a darker picture. Why don't you want to use the stock grill?

I don't know , I did see a grill conversion online on the 32 ford five window it has a sleeker custom look , more a less i was thinking more towards the headlights on it small short headlights for it.

How'bout making a tractor grille for it? I believe one of the model car mags did a tutorial on making one a couple years back. If the body was lower I would suggest using a track nose & grille, but it sits too high for this.

wow, thats a great idea i dont have any tractors but i will look into that, all this car needs is the grill , fan bumper headlights and a front window. then shes done. i put the stock grill on it and it just didnt look right for me i think i see so many ford hot rods they all look the same for me.

It looks like this car is already finished. You'll have a hard time blending anything custom now unless you can match the paint. I just saw online a neat front end on a rod type vehicle. The builder used the rear Chevy fenders from the '53 Ford and narrowed them, stuck the 2 halves together and put them on with the rear facing front. Just a thought.

You could always just dress-up the stock grille. Maybe add a grid of pinheads?

I like the suggestion of an Edsel grille with canted Desoto style headlights.

I think you should use the grille from the Auburn Boattail Speedster. Sounds like you have it worked out though. Got any photos of the grille now?
