This is the Holden Commodore VL in race livery from Holden Racing Team as driven by Neil Crompton in 1989

The decals are by Pattos place and the body is a resin Jaymar body (made of fibreglass), sits on a shortened impala chassis, as this comes with a v8, unlike the 'suggested' donor kit, (a nissan R-32) this actually looks good and fits well. If you can put up with the pain of building a fibre-resin kit, this one is worth the effort if you're a holden fan.

Wow, I really dig that! Jaymar bodies are a challenge for sure. Great job on this one, I love to see any Holdens in model form, and you did this one great justice!

Great looking Holden. You did a fine build of the kit. Like the graphics & finish.

The fibre-resin sounds like quite a material to work with. Will have to try it.
