Ok, time for the REAL truth to come forward. Of all the people who said they would build/buy the C300, here is the gathering spot to PROVE it. Let's see them all!

X2!!! Post 'em up!

I've got one going, something NO ONE would do in 1:1 to one of these very limited production cars.

Will post as soon as I get a bit more done.

That's me (well, not the "started chopping one" part),when it came out I was ALL anxious to get one going, but life (both good and not-so-pleasant) has put me into a slump since...so its untouched body still rests (dust covered) on the bench now, sigh =/

I will be getting one in soon and I was thinking about making it a sleeper,Maybe droping a big 'ol Mopar engine in it and leaving it close to stock on the outside,I just can't think of any color ideas for the body.

One year ago...nothing happened? In my view, the kit is similar to build like the Hornet.

Here is my C300, finished one month ago:

I built mine for a club build we had and I kinda changed things a little. It was built as a fictitious race car with a fictitious name and sponsor.

Check out the qualifying speed of this guys car.

Thanks Dominik. I need to get back to work on it. I have the chassis done, with the exception of the exhaust and I have the conversion done to the door panels. The rear bumper was a bear. It is a Modelhaus casting that was beautiful. However, being a Caddy bumper it needed to be narrowed considerably and reshaped to fit the body. That took a week or two of off and on again work.

I really love this kit. It is well engineered and practically falls together. I want to get a couple more for one more extreme custom and perhaps a mild custom.

Here is one i just built. Finished it the morning of a show this past weekend @ Disney World. The 1:1 show was the Disney Dream Car Weekend and the Model Car Creations club held there 12th annual Table Top Nationals there. What was the best was the 300 that Moebius used to pattern the car was there and setup next to the model show. About 300 model cars made it out. Dr. David Broxterman is the owner of the real 55 300 and was there all weekend and was great guy to chat with and is a builder himself. Heres a few pics
