......It sure feels like it sometimes, Doc! There are some great modellers here that set some pretty high standards. I know I'm challenged to improve my skills here.

The RULES as you call them seem pretty simple to me.

Be respectful and behave. The Mods and Editor are pretty thick skinned about constructive criticism and such, both of themselves, posters and the actual Product (The Magazine). Not so for some other forums I have been a part of ...

Harry, Some stuff goin on here is kinda funny. The other day, we were talking about the Rolls they want to sell in china. You made a comment, I made a comment, nothing malicious, at least i didn't think it was, and I gotta rather gruff PM from a mod who took me to taks about my comment because he claimed to be of chinese decent! He told me he did not like my post, so it was deleted. I don't care, I just thought it rather odd that now we have to please a certain moderators ego. I said NOTHING bad about the folks and it was just in a conversation on a thread, but he evidently took it personally, like it had been directed at him. It wasn't and it wasn't derogetory, he just didn't like what i said, so he deleted it. Must be nice to just delete stuff one doesn't care for. Also goes to show how some folks personal peeves can kinda take the fun out of things. Yeesh, it was a pleasent conversation between forum members, and like I said, I didn't say anything bad about the chinese people, just thought it was funny that they chose China as the country to introduce it in, caz it seems they got all the money these days. Was that a no-no to say???

"Tougher Here" keeps down much of the "Ego Drama Wars" and "name calling" that was prevalent before Ol' Barn' (Harry P.) was sworn in as deputy here!

I must agree. This is a very good forum. Just one problem at least for me. I can't help but wonder how much more building I could do if I didn't spend so much time here enjoying all the photos and comments.
