David Thibodeau Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Its done.... a quick build of a foose style 1964 GTO. Only extras added were Protech plug wires and boots, Pro tech aluminum aircleaner, Pro tech Ignition coil, Rear exhaust using aluminum tubing, and the model car garage PE sheet for the car. Paint is PPG Firepearl red (ford color) and Pearl white followed by Dupont Chroma clear...... DaveT
ismaelg Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Cool build, but the paint job and the scheme are AWESOME!!!!
Olle F Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Outstanding! 8) Almost made me rethink the color I picked for my '65 Impala project...
hookedonplastics Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Awsome engine bay detailing! I have a weird request: Could you take a picture of your photo set-up? Stand back and show how high off the ground the set-up was? You have some great angles or the car that really look convincing!
Jared Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 love the colors you went with. they go together REALLY well. sweet build!
David Thibodeau Posted July 4, 2007 Author Posted July 4, 2007 Thanks guys.... Hookedonplastics..... The setup is quite simple... A barstool and a black t shirt draped over the stool..... thats it!!!!!!!!!!!! I discovered this while trying to satisfy Mr Hutchings with shots of my OCC style chopper he printed on the cover 5 issues ago.... I love it and do it to alot of "urban style builds" Thanks again DaveT
