Here is a 55 chevy stepside I have been working on for about a month. Thanks for looking. It started out as a camino.

I'm liking the stance, color, wheels, and the SHINY :) :) :) . The rear window is very nice. One question though - why the column and floor shifters?

Phone dump!

Its about 99% done. The windshield was too small for the frame. So I was thinking how to fill the gap. I used a headphones wire casing and split it with a razor blade in one side. Then wrapped the windshield with it and glued in place. Did the same with the back glass.

I used shrink tube and beeding wire to make the radiator hoses.

Thanks to this forum for all the great ideas I got.

Hope you all like it. Thanks for looking

Thanks! I'm just getting back into models cars after 24 years. This is the 4th one so far. I got about 3 more lined up to do. Thanks to this forum. Great inspiration it has given me.

Beautiful! Nice paint work and I'll have to remember the great tip on the window glass. I also love the battery and rear shocks. That is a nice looking pickup!

I had the same problem with the windshield being to small, I built up the window frame on the cab with some epoxy to get it to fit better. I didnt like the exhaust tips that the kit had so I modified them with alum tubing on the end. I like your rear suspension setup.
