Awesome job, that is one gorgeous model. Is there any way you can photographh it with a clean background? It really will show off your work a lot better... ;)

I lurked through this entire build, checking just about every day. Great fun to watch it come together. You did a fantastic job, Bill. Just excellent through and through. Scott

OK Bill-While the lathe is still warm-

How about the same treatment on Eddie 'First-in-the-Fours' Hill's Pennzoil dragster?

He's 76 now and he and the family may be the best reference source as Jerry was here. I brought Jerry here; maybe you can get Eddie.

What say???

Excellent results from your Craftsmanship . "Looks like the real thing only smaller" if I may quote . Just right ...Thanx ..

I picked up on this build late on, but was instantly hooked. Bill, this is a jewel of a model, it just gleams. I love the way this has come together with the machined parts, and the way you machined them. I know how you feel when you have to build up machine tools, doing that myself.

I built my own version of this car, and seeing this stunning model makes me want to build another. REVELL, are you seeing this?

This is a stunning piece of work, just shows what can be done in 1/16th scale.

That's just a modelling MASTERPIECE Bill. I've always had an affinity for replicas, and you've definitely built one of the best that I've ever seen. Congratulations on a fine model, Sir!

Bill, I am doing the same dragster, I bought my 2nd hand and its missing a cpl parts, Can you Please tell me the size of the front Mounting Bracket? Its what the Axel mounts too! Mine is missing so I need to make one, also the front don't seem to line up too well, Im sure after I make the mounting bar it will, Need the Length? really seems about the size round as the Spree trees! Thanks Sir,

Alan
