mikemodeler Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Jeez Harry, you put "amazing find" in the subject line and knowing that you are from Chicago, I immediately thought you were gonna post a picture of an honest politician! I could not imagine finding a car like that in the garage and not knowing that my Grandfather had it hidden for that many years. I agree with Rob that Jay Leno will be among the bidders.

bryan_m Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 nice ride! for some reason it looks like a model to me, even the building behind it. until you look at the pics of the interior, the seats look real......cool car anyways, thanks for sharing! cheers bryan
charlie8575 Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Jeez Harry, you put "amazing find" in the subject line and knowing that you are from Chicago, I immediately thought you were gonna post a picture of an honest politician! Yeah, that would truly be amazing! Queue the music...."Beautiful dreamer...." WOW. I really wish I had hit that $600 million jackpot a few months ago now. That would simply be amazing to have. That it still runs (flawlessly!) and drives after being parked all those years is testimony to the quality of manufacture. Charlie Larkin
Johnag4004 Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Wow, that must have been a ROUGH 100 miles! I take it you've never seen British roads...
Austin T Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Man that looks like it would be so much fun to have.
Ben Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 I thought you were going to say you saw a post that someone actually posted in the correct section! LOL

Dr. Cranky Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 This is why people still look in old garages and barns, hoping to find the jewel someone left there.
Lownslow Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Jay Leno warming up his checkbook. Film at 11:00. i see that car in Jaykays hands
Joe Handley Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 I take it you've never seen British roads... Can't be worse that some of our local roads, at one point I thought I was going to have to convert my Cherokee into a Rallycross Truck or Desert Racer to run on paved roads
